The Royal Flemish Academy of Belgium for Science and the Arts (KVAB) and The Royal Society of Edinburgh will be holding a Symposium focused on women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).

The aim of the Symposium is to bring together leading experts from Belgium and Scotland to discuss the current climate surrounding the position of women in STEM. The Symposium will be chaired by Professor Lesley Yellowlees and will feature talks from Dr Tanya WilsonProfessor Veerle DraulansProfessor Katrien KolenbergMr Douglas Morrison and Professor Godelieve Laureys. Q&A sessions will be held at the end of each talk.

The symposium takes place in Edinburgh.
